I will rent an independent and intransitive room in a six-room apartment, without an owner. The apartment is well maintained, maintained to a high standard, on the 7th floor in a new building. There is an elevator in the block. All rooms are lockable.

The room is equipped with everything you need: a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chest of drawers, a chair, etc.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One with a sink, a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The second with a shower, toilet and sink.

Fully equipped kitchen: large fridge, four-burner electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle and all other necessary things (pots, plates, cups, cutlery, etc.). Off the kitchen is a dining area with a table, four chairs and a TV.

The apartment is located in Śródmieście at ul. Jana Pawła II 70. 2 minutes to the Stawki tram stop, from which tram lines 17, 33, 35 depart; 2 minutes to the bus stop where you can take the 157 and 3 minutes to the bus stop with night bus lines N12, N13, N46, N62, N63. 5 minutes to the Anielewicza bus stop with bus lines 111, 118, N41, N91. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Central Railway Station, 12 minutes to the Dworzec Gdański metro station and 12 minutes to the Ratusz Arsenał metro station.

In the area there are numerous shops, pharmacies, beauty salons, dentist, clinics, post office, kebab, Asian bar. Arkadia Shopping Center is one tram stop away (10 minutes' walk).
